So how do you safely vent your Methoxide and Distillate vessels.

Distillate vessel is on the pipe labeled "drain" and hence is vented by the pipe to the right labeled "vent".  And yes, of course the methoxide vessel will need a vent, assume that's out of shot like the second heater, or yet to be fitted.
