Welcome themoleman.

Welcome to the wiki amd forum.

If help on antthing, just post on the forum.

The page you had in mind needn't be too complicated to start with.  Layout is up to you, but I'd suggest starting by making a simple alphabetical list using first level headings for manufacturers thus ...

==Aston Martin==

==Ford==

an then use second level headings for models under each of those thus ...

==Aston Martin==

===DB5===
===DB7===

==Ford==

===Escort===
===Transit===

You could post on the VOD forum, asking for people to post details of mileage and any issues they have had.  In depth stuff like Tony's Delica page ( http://www.biopowered.co.uk/wiki/Mitsubishi_Delica_fuel_system )  could have a separate page with a link from your data page.

I'm happy to do an in depth page on the 300TDI Discovery.

Good luck and just post if you have a problem.
