Tony, re mods to front page, If we are having category Chemicals, then we can loose Ingredients from Ingrediance and preparation and perhaps need to move the chemicals section above preparation.

Only problem I see is that FFA and HMPEs don't sit well in the chemicals category.  How about putting FFA in the introduction, and changing Processing methods to Processing methods and problems, then that could house HMPEs and emulsions etc.

I know exactly what you mean, I've been scratching my head about it all evening.

Just having a play really, feel free to revert - I can't help feeling some jigging about somewhere would make it flow better.

I'm not sure FFA needs to be right up there at the start, but instead something in the intros should make mention of it (I've put a bit in the WVO section that does this in a small way).

I see the quandary. It just seems more logical to be in the intro as its a feature of the oil with which we start rather than a chemical that we add to the oil during the process.
