Anyone know, do these run on BD?

No V5....are you sure you want it?
-
Well, I don't think I want that particular one as it's got a few things against it - as you say, no V5, a 90K mile drop on the odometer reading on an MOT a few years back & it appears to live in a traveller camp/junk yard. However, I might be interested in ANOTHER with better provenance if it runs well on BD.

Not busy at the mo....but..if it's the same BMW m51 that's in my range rover P38 then, yes, run great on bio even straight veg.

BIT busy...

Thanks Bandit,
It looks like they used the M51 until Feb, 2000, after that the M57.
There are 3 Omega hearses on ebay at the mo, one a diesel - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/384669285632?hash=item5990137d00:g:ehoAAOSwc4th2vir

Don't know anything about the M57, I do know people have fitted them in the Range Rover to replace a m51. M51 was fitted to the Range Rover P38 up to 2002.
