id just like to wish everyone here a merry christmas and new year, its been good to chat here amongst friends and its brilliant how we all help each out, lets hope next year brings all we want and a wonderous year for us all...

I'm brewing all fortnight getting some stock ready for jan.
I also may have some things for trialling in the new year if anyone's interested

I must admit my stock is low at the moment, it's far too cold and wet to brew!

Biodiesel flavoured christmas jelly - I heard you are an expert Mark  :)

I'm only good at summer jelly, Christmas jelly requires a whole new set of ingredients.

Happy winter solstice every body! Hope you all have increased yields with lower chemicals usage in this new year and I will sacrifice a goat to the goddes Hygieia, may she reduce your spills and settle your soap! ;D
