Title: Tecelamit 12 volt valves

The valves seen here:

Does anyone know which pipes connect to which when 12V is applied/disconnected?  Can you only flow through them one way for the valves to work properly?

Also is it worth some discussion on whether FPHEs go before or after the car filter, and whether course filtering is required before a FPHE/valves (I had a one way valve fail due to some lump of dirt from the tank reaching it - but then, I don't have an in-tank-strainer anymore).

Don't suppose anyone has got any diagrams of a typical twin-tank system?

Discussion on having the HE before or after filter and to loop or not to loop the return crops up all the time and it's really down to personal preferance and experience.

I say fuel system should be kept clean and fuel should be filtered well enough that it should have no lumps up to 4mm to block HE, so I fit HE before filter and always looping return is the way I set mine and other peoples up and never had a problem.

Given time, I should be able to do reasonable graphics for some of these diagrams we are collecting.  Might be nice to try and get some sort of consistency into things, similar to the diagrams on GL's site where each liquid has a distinct colour etc.

Any thoughts?

looped dino AND veg ?

how you vent air on filter change?

does air build up over time on a loop? as air trapped in veg oil?

never had any reports of air build up with this setup (it's what the professionals like smartveg, diesel veg etc use) and if there was an air problem just switch select to return to veg tank to purge.
