Just been reading on the bbc news (manchester) about a three year old (yep a 3yr old) killed in a tractor accident. How the fuck can that happen. The child is 3 yrs old. Not old enough to drink, vote, buy porn or even go to school but old enough to be killed on a tractor, on a farm. Please, somebody explain how and why this can happen in 2022

Have a look at the parents of this "little ray of sunshine" and ask yourselves...."what were they thinking?"

We don't know the circumstances here but it's impossible to keep eyes on the 3 year old 100% of the time and farms are more dangerous than people think. This sounds like a tragic accident rather than anything malicious.
I worked on a farm as a kid and HSE would have had a fit at some of the stuff I got up to, but it was all part of the experience. I was older than 3 at the time, though.

If you have a three year old little ray of sunshine.....you have a duty to look after it.

Farms and agricultural machinery are so dangerous.
Being a country lad I was always playing at the local farm as a kid. At 9 years oil they taught me to drive a tractor but didn't really have a clue what I was doing.
