Thanks folks, I've renewed the domain name for two years so we are ok till Nov 2021 And I will get reminders from 28 days before the expiry date so we should be sorted next time.

I'm busy today but it might be a good idea at this time to save a backup of the site if Tony or Julian have time?

Would if I could, but the use name and password I have for backups hasn't worked for some time.  Somewhere I should have a backup from just before the hosting was moved to Tony's computer.
