Title: McDonalds
Post by: dgs on November 17, 2018, 08:45:42 PM
As we all know Mcdonalds have made no secret of the fact they process their WVO into bio to run their fleet of refrigerated trucks on.

Presumably these vehicles are quite recent, so how do they manage with the dpf issue.

I suppose the next question to ask is are they running on a blend or B100?

According to their website they run from B100 down to B30 depending on weather/temperature.
I don't know if HGVs use DPFs the same as cars, I thought they had a system using Adblue (Urea) to reduce NOx
