after carrying more than 10,000 litres in the boot of the rexton with never a spilt drop, i bought 10L of 10w40 from euro car parts today.

Thats It!  Get on to their compensation dept. Mind you if they are as slow as they are with their credits for warranty returns you will be waiting a long time!

at the moment, im more annoyed at the branch managers "WELL I DIDNT HAVE TO TAKE YOUR CALL" comment.

no mate, and i didnt have to put my 15 min long vid of our conversation where you promised me the earth until i asked you to contact your insurers all over the internet and social media....


even rory reid from top gear called for them to sort it out.
