2.0 HDi SE 5d Auto version.
I got a friend who has been offered a low mileage example at an attractive price. As far as I can see it's common rail direct diesel injection putting out 134 bhp (187 g/km of CO2, £280 VED pa) but I know not much more.
Anyone running one on B100? Does it have a DPF?
Does the panel anticipate any issues running this thing on well made BD?
TIA.

I ran a 2.0 hdi on bio for 10yrs, the only problem I experienced was the in tanker pump but it was a Citroën, not sure if Peugeot use'm though.

What problem did you have with the in tank pump?
Was it a PITA or expensive to fix?
-
In tank pumps can/will go regardless of the fuel used. If there is no access in the floor it is always a tank removal job which can be harder than actually changing the pump.
Chances are that a 2008 model will have a dpf. The actual 2.0 hdi engines love bio.

No problem with bio in the Volvo's common rail. Actually a Renault engine.
DPF might be more of an issue?
