Title: Now that's what I call customer service!
Post by: Julian on May 23, 2016, 12:03:47 PM
I recently treated myself to a plasma cutter.

Only cheap so I wasn't expecting much and I wasn't disappointed.  I did about 6" of test cut in thin sheet steel and the thing packed up.

I contacted the supplier and have been asked to dismantle the unit and follow a video showing how to link out various connections.  I'm sure this is going to be quite a long process given that his first language isn't English!

Anyhow, all his messages are ended with the following comment ...

"Attention:
If there is any problem, pls give us a chance to solve it for you in a happy ending."

I have to say at my age I'm I'm looking forward to my happy ending with great anticipation.

Lets face it, it may bring back fond memories.

Short term could be I can't be arsed to listen to what tha ol' lady has to say anymore, got more important things to do like anything but what she wants me to do.

If a job's worth doing, it's worth doing tomorrow.

Like I say to the missus, when I promise to do something I will, there's no need to remind me every 6 months.
