Train of thought in the past was always that if the fuel is delivered by Lucas technology then best make it bio or pump diesel.
-
2.1 are lucas pumps, think mark had or has a 2.1 and he changed pump to a BOSCH 1.9TD one, but it changes dash/ECU lights
-
ace, i`ll tell him no then.
coz i`ll have to deal with the fall out.....
-
Not unless the IP is swapped.
Some have run twin tanked, but even then they can suffer.
It uses a Lucas EPIC pump, which isn't the best on pump diesel, mine suffered on bio so I swapped it to a Bosch from a 1.9.
