i am planning to go and get one later today,if they still have any. will report back on how good they are on WMO. i am using one of those 50mm submersible ones at the moment. hit slow but does work. will try the lidls one on some veg oil as well.

here are the specs of the lidl oil pump.
wattage 60 current 5 amps voltage 12v
max oil temp 60c
max diesel temp 45c
max lift 0.7 m
max pressure 3 bar
flow rate
oil 0.2l/min
diesel 1.5 l/min
duty cycle 30 mins on 10 mins off.
havn't tried it yet cause its cold and wet outside. maybe tomorrow. need to pump some more WMO for the spike burner anyway. will try it on veg oil at the same time.
no mention of bio,put wouldn't use it for bio anyway.

took mine apart,of course. they are vane pumps. all metal rotor and vanes. o ring to seal the cover,so could use for bio. may have to change the o ring though. they are all metal construction with plastic gears. look well made and sturdy. should last ok. will test tomorrow. i took photos of the inside will post the link when i work out how to.
