Has anyone ever seen one of these before?

Hi and welcome to the sale of my Biodiesel Processor.
This is the rolls royce of Processors being professionally made to just keep on going.
For full details just type in Freddy Biodiesel to the internet and it will give bring it up.
Unlike other processors it simply uses a gentle supply of air to circulate the mixtures.
Very simple to use .

"Freddy is unlike other biodiesel making processors on the market as the whole process takes place in the same unit using only compressed air. This assists in the simplicity as rather than using pumps to transfer the mixture into the oil you merely open a valve which allows the mixtures to meet."

Quick look at the photos shows it's hardly a sealed processor!
-
That type of processor has to be the very worst you could ever wish to use, hot meth fumes pumped out under pressure, great.
-
At least it doesn't have an exposed heating element inside and is made of stainless steel.
Suffolk is home turf for you Jim, the skunkworks hasn't come up with a new product has it?

How well does the panel think air bubbling would work instead of a pump?
Wouldn't that take a lot longer?
-
Well it looks to me to be a very well made vessel clearly made by a highly skilled fabricator to a customers design criteria. I would guess that there were roughly 30 made and one hasn't been made by a highly skilled fabricator for about 5 years or so, Probably.....

Very inefficient using electricity to compress air then bubbling it to mix
not to mention the safety aspect.
Far better to use a pump or paddle.

They were made to keep the retail price at a level they thought they could sell them at. To put a pump or mixing paddle took it over budget. The previous processors had a motor driven paddle on them but he struggled to sell them because they were too dear. They came up with the air blowing idea and had it checked for legal amounts of meth fumes and it was found to be within limits. The reason they are square is so they cut out of a sheet with minimal waste. Maybe not the most technically good processor but he sold a good few. It was my involvement with that project that got me thinking about bio.

Aha! So we can blame you then.

Are you sure I was there when you were having that conversation?

Yep, I believe you me and Bob were sat in the skunk works at the time.

Wouldn't look out of place in a chippy.
