Well the Galaxy has a fault, possibly with the auto box but maybe an engine fault,
so I need to plug it into vagcom, anyone close to me got a copy ?
-
You're not the only one!
I've tried in vane with the free version and leads form ebay and had no luck connecting with the Golf. I'm on the cusp of spending an obcene amount of money on a licence and a genuine lead.
How urgent is your problem (not the obvious one, I mean the one with the car)?

I bought lead and software from these works great on my skoda Octavia tdi http://www.emanualonline.com/product_reviews.php?cPath=241&products_id=2063&page=2

I have a Bluetooth one if you have an I phone

Vagcom might have a limited application on a Galaxy because of it being a Ford/VW mongrel. Try it and see, depends on wether the bit your trying to diagnose is made by Ford or VW.

I have full vagcom but am not close. If you are passing worcester happy to diagnose.
-
It may have a ford badge but it's VW mechanics, I'm told even ford use vagcom on these.
No I phone here, I don't even have tinterweb on my old brick.
I'll ask on the other side.

I have a lead which you are welcome to, and i did have (working) software to go along with it, but im not sure where that will be now. The two together were fine for my golf.
