worst I seen motorway totally packed with crashes and recovery trucks everywhere and police... north and south.

I saw a car that looked ok but both front airbags deployed and no tyres? not 1? and it wasn't burnt out. just steel wheels left...

I was thinking maybe a lorry grabbed it and pushed it up the motorway on its side ripping tyres off?

no idea looked odd

I've seen a lot of that on the motorways, allways a left hand drive lorry changing lanes with the car in it's blind spot.

I allways give foreign lorries a wide birth for just this reason.

I used to commute the M4, saw some crazy things.

Strangest was in the peak of summer coming off at Chippenham and seeing lumpy snow all over the roundabout.

Got closer and saw it was hundreds of washing machines, cling wrapped with polystyrene on the corners (not that it helped, I'm sure).  There was a bloke with a fork lift slowly re-loading them onto a lorry...
