Any one got a project box apprx 150mm deep x 250mm x 250mm in aluminium. Be good if it had the rail system to slide in the SSR's and cable clips etd.

Why does it need to be aluminium N?

it transfers heat or gets rid of said heat faster like brass also, better than steel
like computer fan heatsinks etc

Once you have the case, if you want an overlay for the control surface, (foc), let me know.

Would be! How well would it cool the SSR's is vented in any way? Perhaps I could look at a cooling fan as found in an old pc?

It should cool a SCR ok it weighs about 6 kilograms.
Just check that the box does not get to hot.

Would this work with Julian's overlay for the control surface?

The part that i would make for you would be a thin sheet (1.5mm probably) of aluminium, with the hole for your components routed out of it.
If you have a steel project box, then what youll need to do is print out the CAD file that you send me, at 1:1 scale, and stick it to the box. Then rough cut all the holes in the project box according to the paper overlay. The cuts dont have to be that neat.
What you will then do is get the metal from me, and mount all the components through that, and then through the project box, so as the overlay covers up your roughly cut edges, and the components themselves then hold the overlay in place (as theyre bolted through both bits of metal)
That way you dont need additional screws etc. to hold the overlay to the box, and it all looks slick.
So long as the thickness of the project box, plus the thickness of the overlay, is less than the available thread on your components, itll be fine.

I can vouch for the quality of Julian's work, I have several small panels made by him in my caravan.
As for SSR cooling, my control panel for the bio plant has two 40A SSRs bolted to the inside of the steel casing. I cleaned off the paint down to bare steel then bolted them on with computer heatsink paste between the SSR back and the steel casing.
No heatsinks, no fans and no vent holes.
Even with both on for a couple of hours carrying 3KW each, they dont get excessively warm and the casing is OK to touch.
My enclosure is similar to the one in the picture except 600mm X 600mm X 200mm deep. In the picture below you can clearly see the SSRs on each side of the enclosure
