Not sure what this is?, spotted it at work earlier, prob endangered (or ought to be!)

A very rare Green Hatted Garden Gnome.
Some say they are only mythical, like Unicorns.

The ones with green hats use telekinesis, to make the fish jump out. Can't you see the intense look of concentration on its face?
It clearly hasn't noticed the pond cover yet though.........

I'm very sorry but they only seem to be able to build them, they have an inbuilt fear of using them, strange little critters ain't they

It certainly looks strange, but I get the feeling the longer it sits they the more endangered it'll become.
