Good find.

Very interesting about the food partials retaining moisture.  I've suspected this for a long time and it rather justifies the lengths I go to in filter my feedstock.

The auger's a nice idea, be interesting to see it working.

I've emailed the chap and pointed him at the wiki and forum ... be good if he joins.
