Title: Pump question
Post by: Rossey on June 11, 2013, 08:32:04 PM: I have a Pedrollo CKM90 and i need to find out how thick the gasket should be on the end cap that covers the impeller.
I know it needs one as its clamps the impeller solid.
I made a gasket from some thick material but i think the pump has loss pressure due to this.

So i need to find out how thick the gasket should be or where i can buy a replacement?

Its an idea, but trying to get square to measure it would be a bit fiddly as it has three bolts and the only way to know its touching the impeller is by running the motor as both ports are on the sides.

Fixed it using a hammer and screw driver, doesn't need a gasket at all now ;D

But think the seal is weaping are they standard sizes and where can I get vitron seals from?
