Nice page Tony.
Very useful and it's not the sort of thing that's been done to death on the forum.
Is it worth mentioning injector spill back pipes and what to replace them with? They seem to be frequent victims of bio and veg.

Definitely. I might add a section on air ingress, the effects and methods of detection. I'm sure pump shaft seals are worth mentioning too, and ways to detect failure depending on whether the pump is belt driven or gear driven.
The Delica is currently leaving a suspicious rainbow trail when it's cold, think I've got some tubing failing somewhere, or an injector coming apart.

That'll be the pink paint eating the injector spill pipe!

Mahahaha ;D

Julian, in the absence of vegoildiesel, do you remember the material for leak-off tubing that is bio resistant? I'm just working on that section now.

Nylon air line ... typically http://www.airlines-pneumatics.co.uk/webcat/Detprod.asp?ProductCode=S080001 Nice little pic you could use, I'm sure they won't mind!

Ah yes, that was it - thanks, I've put a few pics up on that page :)
