Over the past few years, I have seen quite a few of these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Biodiesel-Processing-Plant-Nearly-New-Any-Offers-Over-20-000-00-/261192990564?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item3cd050bf64 for sale.

Where they any good?
What happened to them?(I guess that answers the first question!)

I certainly looks quality, although I have no idea if they are any good. I guess something like that is good enough that any design faults could be modified anyway.
I would say the main reason something like that is coming up for sale now and again is that the sellers have failed to make a go of the business.

I feel sorry for whoever bought it, expecting to make money from biodiesel :(
