Right, I'm after a list of all makes and models that are suitable for Biodiesel use. By Biodiesel I mean biodiesel and not biofuel. Basically can those of you who run Biodiesel with no problems at all list your vehicle details below. Vehicle must run faultlessly on B50/B100. This info will be extremely helpful to many, that I am sure, as there is simply too many conflicting opinions on what does and what doesn't.

Vehicle suitability is such a grey area. It's often hard to tell whether problems are from poor quality fuel, naturally ageing components or what.
Mine is supposed to be bio bombproof but I've had to change fuel pipe, remove the in tank strainer, and replace the fuel pump.

Tony's got some foreign girlie van thing, a Delia or is it a Daphne, not sure. It's got pink spill back pipes.
If you can stand the noise and discomfort, 200 and 300 TDI Discos run beautifully on bio, many forum members have them. I had to change the spill back pipes and I'm sure that was directly related to bio, but 3, 2 inch lengths of nylon air line doesn't break the bank!
I had an IP go, I think indirectly due to bio ... I tried to limp home with a blocked filter (good old HMPEs) and starved it of fuel.
Other than that, no problems.

Yep it's a likkle Mitsubishi Delica.
Didn't know you'd killed an IP Julian, wouldn't have thought that a blocked filter would do that but maybe I'm wrong!

Happened about 18 months ago. It had always sounded a bit agricultural since I got it. It got noticeably worse after starving of fuel for about a mile or so (good old HMPEs) and then felt like a petrol engine missing.
Bought one second hand injector for 7 quid and sequentially swapped all four, making an 80 mile commute between each swap ... no difference.
Had it compression tested, 50 quid ... not brilliant, but ok for a 180,000 mile engine.
Checked filter on pump spill back pipe and found a tiny shard of metal.
Bought a second hand IP, 70 quid ... problem solved but very sluggish.
Tweaked the pump, foc, 5 min job ... Better than before.
Put the old pump on ebay ... sold for 50 quid and when the guy picked it up I sold him the spare injector for a fiver!
Net cost ... 70 quid, so I was well pleased. It's just turned 189,000 and still going strong.

That's not bad at all.
My second hand IP started out running perfectly, but slowly and surely it's getting cold rattle (a sure sign of air ingress - somewhere). So I'm pretty sure the bio is slowly shrinking some seal or other. At any rate, if it lasts a couple of years before I have to recondition it then I'll still have saved a fortune on fuel.
